大豆低聚糖对肠道双歧杆菌生长的选择性促进作用

Promoting effect of SBOS on the growth of the intestinal Bifidobacteria

目的:研究大豆低聚糖(SBOS)对肠道菌群生长的作用。方法:采用活菌计数法等微生物学方法。结果:SBOS体外应用在0.4mgmL、0.8mgmL对人婴儿双歧杆菌、人两歧双歧杆菌生长具有明显地促进作用,口服给药,在20mgkg时对小鼠肠道双歧杆菌生长具有明显促进作用,对肠道其他菌群生长无明显影响。结论:SBOS能够选择性促进肠道双歧杆菌的生长。

Objective:To study the promoting effect of SBOS on the growth of the intestinal Bifidobacteria.Methods:Bacterialogical analysis were employed.Results:The bacterialogical analysis results showed that SBOS 0.4mgmL,0.8mgmL could significantly stimulated the growth of B.infantis and B.bifidum when used in vitro.SBOS could significantly stimulated the growth of Bifidobacteria when used in vivo at dose 20mgkg by oral administration,but had little effect on the growth of Escherichia coli(E.coli),Enterococcus,Bacteroides and Lactobacillus.Conclusion:The results showed that SBOS was a good bifidus factor.
