抗TNF-α疗法治疗银屑病关节炎和银屑病 被引量：6

摘要 PsA的病变关节和银屑病的病变皮肤上的TNF-α均增高,抑制TNF-α可导致PsA的病变关节和银屑病的病变皮肤中的多种促炎细胞因子(如IL-1、IL-6、IL-8、VEGF和血管紧张素Ⅱ)和多种活性细胞(如破骨细胞、角化细胞、T细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、浆细胞和肥大细胞)的数量减少,从而使关节和皮肤的炎症减轻,进而令大多数患者的临床表现和生活质量明显改善。
