我院抗菌药物使用的调查

Antibiotic usage status in our hospital

目的:调查我院抗菌药物使用的现况,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物。方法:对2004年9月份出院病历3525份抗菌药物的使用情况设制专用调查表,进行统计分析。结果:我院抗菌药物使用率为74.64%,单种抗菌药物占使用人数的70.73%,预防性使用率为31.18%;标本送检率为41.12%,其中手术科室标本送检率为22.40%,非手术科室标本送检率为66.22%。结论:手术科室抗菌药物使用率偏高,且大部分为术后预防性使用抗菌药物,治疗性用药病原学送检率低,需加强抗菌药物合理使用与规范化管理。

Objective:To investigate the usage of antibiotics in our hospital for improving the management and proper clinical utilization.Methods:A total of 3525 patients discharged from our hospital in Sept 2004 were surveyed,and a statistical analysis was conducted.Results:The rate of antibiotics usage was 74.64%,The rate that patients used only one kind of antibiotics was 70.73%;The rate of preventive usage was 31.18%;The rate of etiology examination was 41.12%;The rate of etiology examination in surgical system was 22.40%;The rate of etiology examination in medical system was 66.22%.Conclusion:The rate of preventive usage in surgical system was high,There was a low rate of etiology examination for therapeutic usage.The result showed we should attach more importance to proper usage of antibiotics and strengthen the management of antibiotic usage.
