厄贝沙坦加氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压病的临床观察

The clinical observation of therapy to hypertension of the old by Irbesartan appending Hydrochlorothiazide

目的:观察厄贝沙坦加小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压病的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将观察对象随机分为观察组(n=26)与对照组(n=26)。观察组口服厄贝沙坦75mg蛐d～300mg蛐d,氢氯噻嗪l2.5mg蛐d～25mg蛐d。对照组口服依那普利10mg蛐d～20mg蛐d,氢氯噻嗪25mg蛐d～50mg蛐d,记录用药前、后1周～4周血压、心率、血生化检查及临床表现,数据用(x±s)表示,组间均数差别用t检验。结果:随着时间的延长,观察组治疗总有效率逐渐提高,第l周有效率61.5%,第4周有效率达88.5%,与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。心率及血生化检查用药前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:厄贝沙坦加小剂量氢氯噻嗪治疗老年高血压安全有效,且无明显副作用,建议做一线用药。

Objective:To observe the clinica1 effect and safety of Irbesartan appending small dosage of Hydrochlorothiazide on the old patients.Methods:The observation objects were divided randomly into 2 groups:observation group(n=26 each group)and control group(n=26 each group).Observation group takes orally Irbesartan 75mg/d～300mg/d,Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg/d～25mg/d.The contro1 group takes Enalapri1 10mg/d～20mg/d,Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg/d～50mg/d.We take the BP,HR,blood biochemical examination and clinica1 phenomena around the point of taking medicine lw～4w into records,as the data shows(x±s),the average diversity proved by't'.Resu1ts:The effective ratio of the control group increases gradually with prolonging of using time.In the 1st week the effective ratio achieves 61.5%,and the 4th achieves 88.5%.Conclusion:It is safe and useful to use Irbesartan appending small dosage of Hydrochlorothiazide for the old hypertension patient,and no obvious side effect.We suggest Iresartan as the front medicine.
