利用PASS系统对呼吸科7220条住院医嘱的分析

Analysis on 7220 doctor's orders from respiration department by PASS

目的:为我院全面推广PASS系统积累经验、完善软件运行环境、提高应用软件系统的效果。方法:对呼吸内科的医嘱进行逐日的监测、分析、统计。结果:PASS系统共检出监测医嘱总数7220条,其中问题医嘱3725条,绝对禁止医嘱65条,轻微反应医嘱3495条。结论:该系统的药品警示信息,有助于医护人员及时修改对病人的药物治疗方案,有利于提高我院医护人员用药水平,使患者用药达到安全、高效、经济的目的,但仍需完善。

Objective:To popularize PASS in hospital and gain more experiences from it,ameliorate operating ambient and multiply the efficiency of PASS.Methods:Monitor and make an analysis and statistic of doctor's orders from respiration department every day.Result:We have indexed 7220 items of doctor's orders.There are 3725 problematic doctor's orders, including 65 absolutely prohibitive orders and 3495 minor responses.Conclusion:The cautionary information from PASS help medical staff to correct orders early and improve their proficiency of rational use of drug,and help patients to get safe,efficient,economic drug treatment.But this system still needs to be perfected.
