摘要
探讨结直肠癌的综合治疗途径,分析CPT-11对结直肠癌的疗效和不良反应,寻找含CPT-11最佳联合化疗方案、最适当剂量和给药方法。根据近年来国外、国内有关CPT-11治疗恶性肿瘤的多中心协作临床研究结果,CPT-11是近年来治疗结直肠癌疗效肯定、耐受良好、给药方便的新一代广谱抗肿瘤药物,有必要进一步探讨CPT-11联合化疗的最适剂量和方法。
To inquire into a multidisciplinary approach of colorectal cancer, analyse curative effect and side - effect of CPT -11 for colorectal, finding combinational regimen and proper dosage and method with CPT -11. Ac-coding to treat malignant tumor by multiple center clinical associated study, CPT - 11 is a new antitumor drug with confirmed effects, toleratable and convenient. It is nesassory to inquire optimum dosage and usage in future.
