During the last decades, the role of radiotherapy in the treatment of Hodgkin's lymphoma had changed dramatically. In the 1960s and 1970s, most patients with early and intermediate stage Hodgkin's lymphoma were successfully cured with extended field radiotherapy. In recent 10 years, chemotherapy followed by involved field radiation has become a primary therapy for stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ HL, In patients with stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ disease , involved field radiotherapy was applied to bulky or residual lesions after combination chemotherapy. This article addresses the delineation of involved field, design questions and offer field borders for common involved sites.
