摘要 多数文献报告,在恶性胸腔积液中,细胞染色体可呈非整倍体性。FISH技术,尤其是双色FISH技术可用于分析胸腔积液中染色体数目异常,其中7、8、12号染色体超二倍体对恶性胸腔积液的诊断具有重要参考价值。采用FISH技术进行间期细胞遗传学分析方便、快速、敏感性高,在鉴别正常与肿瘤细胞方面具有良好的发展前景,但应注意采用严格的标准来排除背景非整倍体。 It's reported in many articles that aneuploids are observed in the chromosomes of malignant pleural effusion cells.Fluorescent in situ hybridization(FISH),especialy double-color FISH,can aid to analyze the aneuploid cells of pleural effusion.The hyperdiploid state of chromosomes 7,8 and 12 are most valuable for early diagnosis of lung cancer,including those whose diagnosises are difficult with usual cytological method.To study the interphase cytogenetic difference between benign and malignant pleural effusion with FISH assay is convenient,rapid,sensitive and may have novel perspective.But strict control must be adopted to exclude the aneusomy in mesothelial cells from non-malignant effusions.
