摘要 为制备大高径比粉末冶金零件,研究了提高压坯致密度的径向热压工艺,从理论上分析了与该工艺相关的压坯密度、致密化和应力公式。采用该工艺成功地制备了高径比为15.65,密度为3.79g/cm^3的TiAl基合金排气阀。 In order to manufature parts with large height-to-diameter ratio, a new powder densification andnear net shaping technique (named as radial hot pressing) was investigated in this paper. The density ofthe powder campact, the densification equation and stress equation for radial hot pressing were determinedtheoretically. By this technique, Tikl-based alloy automotive valve with larg height-to-diameter ratio of15. 65 was obtained, the density up to 3. 79 g/cm^3, which proves the feasibility of radial hot pressing ex-perimentally.
