含Laves相TiCr_2钛铬合金的高温氧化特性

摘要 研究了含铬18%~35%(质量分数)及Laves相TiCr_2钛铬合金在650,700和780℃温度下的抗氧化性能.试验结果表明,含铬量对过共析钛铬合金的抗氧化性能有显著影响.在相同条件下,含铬量低于21%的合金的抗氧化性能不如纯钛,而含铬量达到26%以上时,抗氧化性能比纯钛高2~3倍.含TiCr_2钛铬合金在高温下既发生了外氧化又发生了内氧化.外氧化层没有抗氧化保护作用.铬合金化提高含TiCr_2钛铬合金的抗氧化性能主要是由于形成了连续、致密的含铬内氧化层.钛铬合金的高温抗氧化性能对氧化温度敏感,氧化温度提高,则抗氧化性能明显降低. The high temperature oxidation resistace of Ti-Cr alloys containing 18%~35% Cr with Laves phaseTiCr_2 were studied at 650, 700 and 780℃ respectively. The results reveal that the chromium content hascritical significance to the oxidation behaviors of the alloys. The scaling rates of the alloys with less than21% Cr are quite higher than those measured for pure titanium, but for the alloys with more than 26% Crtheir scaling rates are lower than those for pure titanium by 1~2 times, under the same oxidizing condi-tions. Both an external oxidation and an internal oxidation are observed. The external scales composedonly by titanium oxides have no oxidation resistance. The oxidation resistance enhancement by chromiumalloying is contributed to the formation of a continuos and compact internal scale with chromic oxide as akey and main component. Oxidation temperatures greatly affect the scaling rates of the Ti-Cr alloys.
