摘要
通过采用粒度为13.5μm的WC(碳化钨)粉和高纯Co粉,经园棒研磨体研磨,然后用特定的排胶、烧结工艺,研制出一种新型的YJ_(2.1),YJ_(1.1)矿用硬质合金.现场使用效果良好,耐磨性和综合性能明显提高.
Two new types of cemented carbides for mining named YJ_(2. 1) and YJ_(1. 1) repectively, were developedfrom WC powdsr of 13. 5 μm in diameter and high-purity Co powder grinded by circular club; with spe-cific technology of disintegrated furnaces and sintering. The product is proved saisfactory when used. Itswearability and multiple-properties are improved evidently.
