应变速率对全层状TiAl基合金室温拉伸性能的影响

Effect of strain rate on room-temperature tensile properties of TiAl-based alloys with fully lamellar microstructures

摘要 以Ti-47Al-2Cr(摩尔分数,%)合金为对象,研究了应变速率对不同晶团尺寸的全层状TiAl基合金室温拉伸性能的影响.结果表明,全层状TiAl基合金的室温强度随应变速率的加快而提高,低延性全层状TiAl基合金的室温延伸率对应变速率不敏感,而高延性全层状TiAl基合金的室温延伸率对应变速率敏感,并随应变速率的加快而提高. The effect of strain rate on the room-temperature tensile properties of Ti-47Al-2Cr (mole fracture,% )with fully lamellar microstructures was investigated. The results showed that the room-temperaturestrengths increade with the increase of strain rate. The room-temperature ductility of the low ductility alloyis not sensitive to the strain rate, but the ductility of the high ductility alloy is sensitive to the strains rateand increases with its increase.
