摘要 以P,B和Si等的化合物为主要组元的涂层对C/C复合材料进行表面抗氧化处理,在700,900℃时进行氧化实验,用SEM观察涂层在氧化前、后形貌的变化,用样品的失重分析成分对涂层抗氧化性能的影响。研究结果表明:浸涂次数对涂层抗氧化性能影响较大,浸涂2次的样品比只浸涂1次的样品的氧化失重低;具有最佳抗氧化效果的涂层在700℃,氧化10h时氧化失重率为0.26%,在900℃,6h时的氧化失重率不超过2%。通过SEM检测发现,涂层在氧化前与涂层具有良好的结合性,没有产生大的缺陷,涂层内低熔点物质在氧化过程中逐步偏聚、挥发导致其抗氧化能力降低。 Used P, B, Si compound as the main component of anti-oxidation coating of C/C eomposites, the samples were treated at 700 ℃ and 900 ℃ respectively. The morphologies of these C/C composites samples with anti-oxidation coating were observed by SEM, the weight loss were test by electro-balance. The results show that the number of soaking and coating have obvious effect on properties of the coatings anti-oxidation. The samples with the best anti-oxidation were treated at 700 ℃ for 10 h, the weight loss is only 0.26%, and the samples were treated at 900 ℃ for 10 h, the weight loss is below 2%. The gathering and volatilization of the low temperature melting component in the coating make the coating's anti-oxidation property decreased.
