摘要
对热压成型的镍-铬-钼合金固溶前、后的金相组织及断口进行了分析。结果表明:经1250℃×4h固溶处理后合金的拉伸强度和塑性都优于1200℃×4h固溶处理后合金的拉伸强度和塑性,且两者的拉伸强度和塑性均优于固溶处理前合金的拉伸强度和塑性。经固溶处理后合金的拉伸强度和塑性增强的原因是固溶处理可使合金中的Cr,Mo和W等元素在Ni中的固溶程度加强,因此,固溶强化作用也随之加强,并且固溶处理还可以消除有害的金属间相。
The mechanical properties and fractures of the hot-press Ni-Cr-Mo alloy before and after solid-solution treatment were investigated in this paper. The results indicate that after solid-solution treatment at 1250 ℃×4 h, the tensile strength and extension of alloy are better than after treatment at 1200℃×4h, but both are superior to the properties before solidsolution treatment. The reason of the increase of tensile strength and extension is after solidsolution treatment, solid-solution effect of Cr, Mo, W in alloy is intensified and disadvontages of several intermetallic compounds.
