摘要
通过透射电镜(TEM)观察及力学性能测试和电导率测量,分析了先高温后低温的两步固溶处理对Al-Zn-Mg-Cu铝合金显微组织和电导率的影响。研究结果表明:先高温后低温的两步固溶处理,可在晶界形成不连续的析出相,并且两步固溶处理可以在保证合金强度的同时,提高合金的电导率,电导率随着第二步固溶温度的降低而增大。
The influence of a two-step solution heat-treating process (a higher temperature solution heat-treating at the first step and a lower temperature at the second step) on the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloys was investgated by utilizing transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and the measurement of electrical contuctivity. The results show that a two-step solution heat-treating process can increase the disconnection and particle size of grain boundary precipitates. Contrasted to normal processing, a two-step solution heat-treating process could enhance the electrical conductivity of Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum alloy with the same high hardness, and the electrical conductivity increases with the decreasing temperature of the second step solution heat-treating.
