氧化锆注射成形喂料流变性能测试和分析 被引量:2

摘要 对从日本进口的专用于陶瓷插针(Ferrule)注射成形的喂料及回收料进行了粘度等测试,比较和分析了原始喂料与各次回收料流动性能的变化,发现氧化锆粉末注射成形喂料的粘度随回收循环次数的增加而降低,并分析了回收喂料的粘度降低的原因。 A series measurement experiments were carried out to investigate the rheology properties of a kind of zirconia powder injection molding original and recycle feedstock which was imported from Japan for the purpose of manufacturing the ferrule blands. The viscosity measurement results of original and recycle feedstock were compared and analyzed. It is found that the viscosity of feedstock will be reduced. The reason for the viscosity decrease sharply with the increase of its shear rate is also analyzed.
