摘要
主要针对粉末冶金制造的直齿轮产品进行精度之探讨。实验结果证实,粉末变化率越大,则齿形压力角变化的程度也越大,亦即齿形压力角越来越小。因此,透过模具齿形压力角的修整,可以使得粉末冶金齿轮在制造过程中所产生的齿形误差获得相当的补偿。
The discussion mainly aims at the precision of straight gear products which are produced by powder metallurgy technology. The experimental result verifies, the bigger the change rate of the powder is, and then the greater the change degree of the tooth profile pressure angle is. That means the tooth profile pressure angle is becoming smaller and smaller with the increase of powder change rate. Therefore, by modifying the tooth profile pressure angle of the mould, the suitable compensation could be obtained for the tooth profile error of P/M gear which is created in the course of production.
