摘要
使用TGA、DSC等分析手段对聚乙烯醇(PVA)在NiFe2O4粉末压坯中的脱脂行为进行了实验研究,以期进一步揭露PVA热脱脂反应对NiFe2O4粉末压坯机械强度的影响。实验时,先用含1%PVA的NiFe2O4粉末及不含PVA的NiFe2O4粉末进行同轴压制,再将制得的压坯于空气中脱脂,并用径向受压实验测试压坯强度。试验表明在PVA脱脂过程中,其脱脂行为及粉末压坯强度随温度的升高呈明显的阶段性变化,粉末压坯的强度随粘结剂PVA的脱除逐渐降低。
The degreasing behavior of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) in NiFe_2O_4 compact was experimentally investigated by using TGA and DSC in order to discover further its effect on the mechanical strength of NiFe_2O_4.The NiFe_2O_4 compacts were prepared by uniaxial pressing the powders both with 1% PVA in mas fraction as a binder and without PVA,respectively.During thermal degreasing in air,the degreasing behavior of PVA and the change in mechanical strength of the compacts presented obviously gradational process,and the mechanical strength of the compacts reduced gradually with the burn out of the binder,PVA.
