面向主题资源的下一代通信网第三方业务平台技术研究

Research of Web Services Based Telecommunication Services Platform of Next Generation Network for Subject Resource

下一代通信网络NGN采用软交换技术将使PSTN网、IP网、移动网三网融合,第三方业务与呼叫控制分离,业务提供方无需关注通信协议。本文利用WebServices技术整合分散的网络教育资源,提出了一种面向主题资源的具有服务等级SLA的下一代通信网第三方业务平台体系结构,研究了业务平台与软交换的通信协议、服务等级管理等。

In the next generation network(NGN),soft switch technology will be used for convergence of PSTN、IP and mobile network, the third-way services are separated from call control, the service providers don’t need pay attention to communication protocol. In this paper, web services technology was used to present a new third-way services platform architecture for subject resource,scattered education resources can be integrated to produce new subject resource. Key technologies of third-way services platform were discussed such as communication protocol, SLA and so on.
