The significance of p16 gene expression in nephroblastoma

目的 :探讨肾母细胞瘤中抑癌基因p16蛋白的表达及其意义。方法 :应用S P免疫组织化学方法对 5 3例肾母细胞瘤中抑癌基因p16蛋白的表达进行观察。结果 :2 4例肾母细胞瘤呈p16阳性表达 ,阳性率为 45 2 9% ,其阳性率与肿瘤的病理分类 ,临床分期及预后等密切相关。结论 :p16基因在抑制肾母细胞瘤发生、发展中起重要作用。

Aim:To evaluate the significance of p16 gene expression in human nephloblastoma.Methods: A total of 53 cases of nephroblastoma were studied for p16 gene expression with S P immunohistochemical methods.Results: The positivity rate of p16 gene expression was 45.29% in all 24 cases of nephroblatoma. The positivity rate was related to pathological types, clinical stages and prognosis by comparison ( P <0 05).Conclusion: p16 gene plays an important role in the development and progression in nephroblastom.
