摘要
目的 :分析河南省医疗卫生机构专业人员的文化与专业素质。方法 :采用分层整群抽样 ,调查河南省 6个市 (地 ) ,12个县 5 6 5 7名卫生人员。结果 :从事医疗保健的工作人员中有 13 38%为无学历人员 ,有 72 79%无学历人员晋升了不同职称。无学历人员中有 5 9 0 7%通过招工和顶替接班途径进入卫生系统。结论
Aim:To analyze the quality of medical personnel in Henan Province.Methods: By stratified and cluster sampling, we investigated the medical personnel in 12 counties and 6 cities in Henan Province in 1995. Their education and professional levels had been analyzed.Results: The medical personnel without formal schooling record accounted for 13.38%, among whom, 72.79% had different titles of professional posts and 59.07% went into medical system by enrolling or successing.Conclusion: The quality of medical personnel in counties and superior areas is low.
