现代化的交通、通讯基础设施建设促进经济发展和环境质量改善 ,健全和谐的生态环境要求完善的交通、通讯设施。玉溪市应在大力加强交通、通讯基础设施建设的同时 ,采取积极有效的措施 ,保护生态环境免遭破坏 ,坚持走可持续发展道路。
The modernized transportation and communication facilities will promote the economic development and enhance the environmental quality.Yuxi is now follwing the sustainable development strategy and take measures to prevent the destruction of the eco-environment when it devotes much efforts in the construction of infrastructure of communications.
