摘要
通过对重点地区放射源安全监管工作的督查 ,发现了办证不严 ,监管不规范等问题 ,从机构、认识等方面进行分析后 ,提出了加强法制建设、成立常设机构、严格执法、加强宣传教育等建议。
Several problems,including the loose regulations on handling license and poor supervision and management,are found in inspecting the safety of radiation sources.This article makes an analysis of the organization and the awareness of its importance and emphasizes the legal construction,sound organization,better law enforcement and publicity.
