摘要
阐述了生物质(秸秆)利用技术现状,分析了生物质气化技术、液化技术、直接燃烧技术存在的问题和不足。基于超焓燃烧思想提出生物质能利用新技术———无焰燃烧,采用了液态排渣技术、分级燃烧技术和烟气再循环等技术实现生物质(秸秆)的高效、低污染、经济、安全、大规模的高品位开发利用。
The current status of biomass(straw) utilization technology is expatiated.Problems with biomass gasification,liquefaction and direct combustion are analyzed in the paper.Based on excess enthalpy combustion,the new biomass utilization technology including flameless combustion,slag tapping,staged combustion and circulation of the exit gases is put forward so that biomass(straw) can be used economically,safely and cosmically with high efficiency and low pollutant emission.
