摘要 简要地回顾参与性农村评估(PRA)的发生和发展,PRA的概念和来源,农村快速评估(RRA)与PRA的区别,PRA的应用范围.结合PRA在中国生育健康与发展项目中培训和现场应用的实践经验,探讨PRA现场应用的工具、方法和原则;阐明PRA在生育健康与发展项目中应用的必要性、工作思路和方法及主要工作领域.建议加强高质量PRA的培训和实践;在注重行为和态度的转变的同时,提高中国PRA操作者的协助技能;在国内培养大批熟练的PRA操作者,努力使PRA本土化;同时加强同国际间的交流和合作,逐步在中国生育健康服务和发展项目中推广PRA的理论、方法和实践.
