摘要
依据几种典型机车热工试验数据 ,得出机车在不同环境温度、不同运行工况下冷却装置的散热能力 ,分析引起冷却装置设计参数与试验值差异的原因 ,找出目前冷却装置设计中存在的主要问题 ,提出改进意见 ;并对目前机车上使用的几种冷却方式的优缺点进行比较 ,得出双流道冷却技术及新型涡产生器的研究结果对解决单机大功率机车的冷却问题具有重要意义 .
Based on thermodynamic experiment data of several typical locomotives, this paper presents the cooling capability of the cooling systems under different circumstance temperatures and locomotive powers ,in order to resolve the main question existing in the cooling system of locomotive at present. Then the reasons that cause the difference between the design parameters and its experiment values of the cooling systems has been analyzed, and the main problem in the locomotive cooling systems is found. At the same time, through comparing some kind of cooling systems used in locomotives, it shows that the double channel cooling system has great importance for the desing of large power locomotive cooling systems. In the end of this paper, some suggestions of improving the locomotive cooling system have been given.
