摘要
目的 :以UV法测定阿维菌素明胶微球 (AVM -GMS)体外释放中阿维菌素 (AVM)含量。方法 :采用双波长法在等吸收点 2 4 5nm、2 74 .5nm处测定吸收度 ,消除干扰物质影响。结果 :吸收度差值与AVM浓度线性关系良好 ,RSD值为 1 94 % ,平均回收率为 95 94 % ;AVM -GMS和AVM +GMS(阿维菌素和空白微球混合物 )在一段时间内释放速度被准确测定。结论 :该方法简便易行 。
Objective: To develop a method for determination the content of Avermectin(AVM) in the course of the release in vitro of the Avermectins-Gelatin Microspheres (AVM-GMS).Tethods:The double wavelength spectrophotometric method was used for eliminating mutual interference.Results:Measurement was carried out at 245,274.5nm with a mean recovery of 95.94%(RSD=1.94%).The release speed in vitro of AVM-GMS and AVM+GMS (the mixture of Avermectin and empty glatin-microsphere) was determined accurately.Conclusion:The method was simple to act and forecasted precisely the long-release effect of Avermectins-Gelatin Microspheres.\;
