摘要
目的 :探讨移植的胚胎垂体组织的成活以及理想的移植部位的选择。方法 :将体外培养的人胎垂体组织细胞移植于雌性裸鼠的正中隆起、肾包膜下、项部皮下和臂大肌。用放免分析法定期测定裸鼠血中垂体激素含量。结果 :各移植组裸鼠血中垂体激素含量均显著性升高 ,但各移植组之间无显著差异。移植后 15d激素含量达高峰 ,随后逐渐降低 ,2 5d后趋于稳定。结论 :培养后的人胎垂体组织细胞能在裸鼠体内存活 ,并具有分泌功能 ;项部皮下是比较理想的移植部位。
