摘要 目的 :探讨移植的胚胎垂体组织的成活以及理想的移植部位的选择。方法 :将体外培养的人胎垂体组织细胞移植于雌性裸鼠的正中隆起、肾包膜下、项部皮下和臂大肌。用放免分析法定期测定裸鼠血中垂体激素含量。结果 :各移植组裸鼠血中垂体激素含量均显著性升高 ,但各移植组之间无显著差异。移植后 15d激素含量达高峰 ,随后逐渐降低 ,2 5d后趋于稳定。结论 :培养后的人胎垂体组织细胞能在裸鼠体内存活 ,并具有分泌功能 ;项部皮下是比较理想的移植部位。 Objective: To study the activity of transplanting tissues of fetal pictuitary and selection of ideal transplanting positionMethods: Human fetal pituitary tissues and cells cultured in vitro were transplanted into median eninence, under fascia renalis and muchal skin, and gluteus maximum muscles of female naked mice The contents of pituitary hermone in the blood of naked mice were regularly tested by radioimmunoassayResults: The contents of pituitary hormone in the blood of naked mice in each transplanting group increased clearly, but there was no obvious difference between the transplanting groups 15days after being transplanted, the contents of hormone reached the highest, and then decreased gradually, 25days later, remained stable it Conclusion: Cultured human fetal pituitary tissues and cells can be alive inside naked mice and keep secreting function Transplanting parts have little influence on the function of transplanting tissues It shows that the ideal part of pituitary tissues transplanting may be under muchal skin
