摘要
当今市场竞争日益激烈 ,服务经济在国内初露端倪 ,人们越来越认识到现场服务的重要。优化服务就是占领市场 !服务管理的多元化、科学化已逐步形成社会企业的共识 ,优化服务方式 ,决不仅是增开服务窗口、延长服务时间、改善服务态度等简单的方法 ,而必须针对弱点 ,通过提高服务的科技含量 ,实现服务方式的根本性改变。
Today, with the intension of the market competition and the emergence of service economy, people has realized more importance of service on spot than before. The optimization of service means the occupation of market. The diversification and scientification of service management have gradually become the common agreement of enterprises. The ways of service should be optimized not only simply by the ways of the addition of service sections, the extension of service time or the improvement of service manner, but also by enhancing the technological quality of service regarding its weakness .In that, can we complement the substantial change of service means.
