抗氧化微营养素缓解蛋鸡热应激的研究

摘要 选择 4 4周龄京白蛋鸡 12 0只,随机分为 3组,饲粮添加不同水平Vc、Se、Cu、Zn 4种抗氧化微营养素,观察对蛋鸡血液生化指标,免疫水平及生产性能的影响。结果表明:饲粮添加VC 10 0 0mg/kg,Se 0 3mg/kg,Cu 50mg/kg及Zn 85mg/kg可显著抑制产蛋率下降幅度,提高蛋壳厚度(P <0 0 5);血清总蛋白含量及淋巴细胞转化率升高(P <0 0 5),并可显著降低血清碱性磷酸酶及谷丙转氨酶的活性(P <0 0 5)。 wk old layers were randomly divided into three groups. Different levels of four kinds anti oxidative micro nutrients were added to layers to investigate blood biochemical items and performance of layign hens. Results showed that the group of adding such level anti oxidative mifor nutrients as Vc 1000mg/kg, Se 0 3mg/kg; Cu50mg/kg, Zn85mg/kg could improve performance and egg shell thickness(P0 05) and increase total amount of protein, and decrease the activities of alkaline phosphates (ALP), glutamic alanine aminotrans ferase (GPT) in serum (P<0 05) and increase transformative rate of lymphocyte in the blood(P<0 05).
