浅析豌豆在北京地区的发展潜力

Improvement Potentiality of Garden Pea( Pisum sativum ) in the Suburbs of Beijing

豌豆是一种古老的作物类型,具有粮用、菜用、饲料和绿肥等多种用途。本文通过对世界和我国豌豆生产现状的回顾,豌豆利用方式和营养、保健价值的分析,结合豌豆的生育特性和栽培特点,提出了在北京地区的生产潜力,尤其是菜用豌豆发展的必要性,并针对目前豌豆生产中存在的问题。

Garden pea is an old crop,which has many uses for food,farage and greer manure.This paper gives review on the progress of garden pea and the nutritive value of pea foods. Based on the analysis of breeding habit of garden pea and climate conditions in Beijing,the improvement potentialiy and necessity of garden pea were proposed in the suburbs of Beijing.The present problem and solvable measure in the production of garden pea were also discussed.
