糯玉米自交系配合力分析及RAPD技术预测杂种优势 被引量:10

摘要 本文以国内外 2 0个糯玉米自交系为试验材料,采用不完全双列杂交法,进行配合力分析及RAPD分析。结果表明:(1)配合力总效应与F1产量之间呈极显著的正相关(r=0 5 649 )。(2)RAPD的遗传距离与特殊配合力效应值之间呈极显著的正相关,与F1产量之间存在着极显著的正相关关系(r =0 5 5 4 1 )。(3)筛选出糯玉米RAPD分析技术的PCR程序及扩增产物具有较好遗传多态性的 4个引物,分别是:OPB - 0 4、OPE - 0 7、OPG - 14、OPG - 16。(4) Zea mays sinensis inbred lines which originated from china and abroad were used in the experiment Hybrids derived fuom partial diallel cross werestudied with the analysis of combining ability and RAPD technology The result indicated:(apparent) positive correlation was shown between Tca total combining ability effecds and grain yield (r=0.5649**). (2) apparent positive correlation was shown between The MRD of RAPD of RAPD and grain yield(r=0.6078**); apparent positive correlation was shown between The MRD of RAPD and Tca(r=0.5541**).(3) The process and conditon of RCR was found, which was fit for the RAPD analysis on Zea mays sinensis Four primers which had highly polymorphy to the amplifred prodution of 20 Zea mays sinensis inbred lines were selected. They are OPB-04,OPE-14,OPG-16,This experiment RAPD technology could be used to predict the heterosis of Zea mays sinensis.
