高场强MRI对脑膜瘤的诊断价值

The diagnosis value of high field MRI in meningioma

目的探讨脑膜瘤的高场强ＭＲＩ诊断价值。材料与方法分析我院１９９２－１９９７年间经手术病理证实的４５例脑膜瘤的ＭＲＩ片。结果ＭＲＩ能清晰显示脑膜瘤的部位、大小、形态及其内信号变化以及其与周围组织结构的关系。结论ＭＲＩ对脑膜瘤的诊断及鉴别诊断有较高价值。

Purpose To evaluate the clinic value of high field ARI diagnosis of meningiome .Materials and methods Forty-five patients with meningioma was chosen for this study by 1 .5T MR, and the findings on MR imaging was analysed. Results MRI can clearly de- scribe the location, size shape and composition of menigioma, and the relationship with surrounding. Conclusion MRI is valubale in diagnosis of meningioma.
