低场强MR与CT诊断小脑梗塞的影像分析

摘要 目的评价低场强MR与CT扫描诊断小脑梗塞的价值。材料与方法本组59例病人分为两组;急性期21例,发病24小时内行CT、MR检查。慢性期38例,发病一月后行MR、CT检查;结果急性期21例,CT发现病灶6例约占28.5%表现为斑点状低密度阴影,MR扫描21例均发现病灶,其表现为等T1或稍长T1长T2信号。慢性期38例,CT发现病变17例约占44.2%,表现为边缘清楚的点片状低密度阴影,38例MR均表现为长T1、长T2高信号。结论小脑梗塞性病变MR检查优于CT检查。 Purposes To eveluate the diagnositc value in low field MR imagine and CT imagine for cerebellum infarction Ma terials and methods 59 patients were divided into two groups. The md group,21 patients in urgent,performed CT,MR inspection within 24 hours. The second group, 38 patients in chronic. performed CT, MR inspection one month later after the patients got the disease. Results For the first group,6 patients 28. 5% of 21 cases,have found lesions on their CT imagines appearing as equal T1 or a little longer T1 and long T2. For second group, 17 patients,44. 2% of cases,there have low density spot like slice shadow with sharp margin on their CT imagines.The T1 is long and low,and T2 is high onr MR imagines for all patients in the group. Conclusion MR is bettler than CT in the lesion of cerebellum infarction.
