B超对脐带绕颈的诊断(附278例分析)

B- ultrasound Scan in diagnosis of umbilical cord around fetal neck(report of 278 cases)

目的评价Ｂ超对脐带绕颈诊断的价值。材料与方法收集我院１８个月应用Ｂ超诊断脐带绕颈２７８例，并采取相应的分娩方式进行临床分析。结果Ｂ超诊断脐带绕颈２７８例经产后证实为２４８例，符合率为８９．２％，脐带绕颈一周２１２例占８７％，绕颈２周３１例占１１．２％，绕颈３周以上５例占１．８％。结论Ｂ超检查对产前诊断脐带绕颈有重要意义，有利于正确处理产程中出现的各种情况。

Purpose To evaluate the role of B- ultrasound scan in diagnosis of umbilical cord around fetal neck. Materials and Methods Collecting 278 cases with diagnosed as umbilical cord around fetal neck by B- scan during last 18 months in our hospital and investigation the corresponding delivery patterns. Results It was 248 cases that were confirmed as umbilical cord around fetal neck after delivry in those 278 cases. The coincidence rate was 89. 2%. There are 212 cases diagnosed as one round around 'neck,the percentage is 87%. 31 cases are two rounds,the percentage is 11. 2% .5 cases are there rounds and more,the percentage is l.8%. Conclusion B- scan plays an important role in antenatal diagnosis of umbilical cord around neck. It is benefit to deal with the conditions acuring during labor so that the eugenic aim can be achieved
