畸形性骨炎X线诊断价值(附20例分析)

The x-ray diagnosis valuation of paget's disease

目的通过对２０例畸形性骨炎的分析，提高对其Ｘ线征象的认识。材料与方法本组２０例，男１２例，女８例，股骨１０例，胫骨５例，肱骨２例，脊椎、骨盆、颅骨各１例，所有病变均经病理证实。结果病变可侵及任何扁骨、长骨或多骨并发；骨小梁粗糙、骨体增粗增大为本病Ｘ线特征且有恶变趋势。结论Ｘ线平片可作为诊断畸形性骨炎的主要检查方法。

Purpose 20 Paget's disease patients were studied and analyzed for evaluation in the radiological diagnosis Materi- als and Methods 20 patients were reviewed,12 men and & women,age ranging from 22 to 74 years.Films were taken from femur 10, tibia 5,jumerus 2,spine 1, pelvis 1,skull 1. All the cases were identified by pathologicl examination. Results Patget 's disease may be involved any flat bone, long bone or both. Involved bones show deformed and thickened configuration,and may show malignant ten- dency. Conclusion X- ray film can make a conclusive diagnosis.
