介入性热化疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中的临床研究

Clinical study of interventional thermochemotherapy in the treatment of the malignant tumour

目的 探讨介入性热化疗在恶性肿瘤治疗中的疗效及其临床应用意义。材料与方法 将 43例恶性肿瘤患者(包括肝癌、食管癌 )随机分成两组进行治疗 ,对照组进行常规动脉内化疗 ,实验组行介入性热化疗并复查肿瘤大小、相关生化检查等进行疗效评价。结果 实验组中 ,10例肝癌患者治疗后肿瘤均缩小 ,6例肺癌患者治疗后均为有效 ,7例食管癌患者治疗后均为显效。对照组中 ,8例肝癌患者治疗后 ,肿瘤缩小不明显者 3例 ,1例术后 4个月死亡 ;8例肺癌患者中 7例治疗后虽然肿瘤缩小 ,但用Ekholm标准评价为无效 ,1例术后瘤体略增大 ,术后半年内死亡 ,4例食管癌患者治疗后均为有效。实验组患者化疗药物的副反应减轻 ,穿剌点压迫止血缩短约 5分钟。结论 介入性热化疗方法简便安全 ,疗效更好 ,化疗药物的毒副作用降低 ,穿刺点压迫止血时间缩短 ,应用前景广阔 ,值得推广。

Purpose [WT5”BZ]The effect of the interventional thermochemotherapy is to be explored and look to the future in this paper.[WT5”HZ]Materials and methods[WT5”BZ] The patients of 43 cases of malignant tumour (included liver cancer,lung cancer and esophagus cancer)were divided into two groups randomly to be treated.The control group was treated by interventional thermochemotherapy.The effct of the treatment was evaluated after operation within half year,The size of the tumour related biochemistry test were checked.[WT5”HZ]Results[WT5”BZ]After treated by interventional thermochemotherapy in test groups,10 cases of liver cancer shown that the size of the tumor reduced ;6 cases of lung cancer are all effect with Ekholm standard;7 cases of esophagus cancer are all effect obvioualy.After treated by routine arterial perfusion chemotherapy in contrast group,of the 8 cases liver cancer,3 shown that the size of tumour reduced ,and one of them died after operation in four months,of the 8 cases lung cancer,7 cases shown that the size of tumour reduced,but they are of no effect with Ekholm standard while one case the size was slight enlargement and died within half year.4 cases of esophagus cancer are effect only.The adverse reaction of the chemotherapeutical drug are decreased in the test gruoup.The bleeding time of the puncture point after operation to remove catheter and compress are shortened about 5 minutes.[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]The method of interventional thermochemotherapy is good in simple safely and more effectly,lighten to adverse reaction of the chemotherapeutical drug,and the time of compress to stop bleeding of the puncture point shortened.It is worth to spreed.[WT5”HZ]
