摘要 目的探讨尿液电导率和渗透压的相关关系。方法156例标本配对用UF-100全自动尿沉渣分析仪测定电导率和冰点渗透压计测定渗透压。结果156例标本的电导率和渗透压高度相关,r=0.896,P<0.01,渗透压对电导率的直线回归方向为Y=11.27+35.8X。重复性实验电导率CV为1.6%,渗透压CV为2.4%。结论在尿糖阴性情况下,尿液的电导率和渗透压可以相互转化,在日常的尿常规检查中可通过电导率估算出尿渗透压值,有利于正确估计肾脏浓缩稀释功能。 Objective To explore the correlation between urine conductivity and osmotic pressure.Methods To determine the conductivity of156urine samples by Sysmex UF-100urinalyzer and osmotic pressure by algeoscopy.Results The conduc-tivity of156samples was highly correlated to their osmotic pressure:r=0.896,P<0.01.The linear regression equation of osmotic pressure against conductivity was:Y=11.27+35.80X.By replication the CV%of conductivity was1.6%and osmotic pressure was2.4%.Con clusions Under the condition that uring sugar is negative,there's a transfor-mation between conductivity and osmotic pressure of urine.We can estimate urinary os-motic pressure by its conductivity in daily routine urinalysis,which is beneficial for esti-mating renal concentration and dilution function properly.
