病毒性肝炎基因芯片检测肝炎肝硬化患者肝组织中HBV DNA的研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究病毒性肝炎基因芯片的制备及其检测HBV DNA的准确性.方法:将PCR扩增的HBV DNA探针用点样仪点于玻片介质上,并经过点样处理后制备成基因芯片;收集肝炎后肝硬化肝组织标本99份,分别用基因芯片、原位分子杂交法、免疫组织化学法检测HBV DNA和HBcAg,比较各种方法的优缺点.结果: 53例HBcAg、HBV DNA阳性组织中基因芯片检测阳性40例; HBcAg阳性22例中基因芯片检测阳性6例; 32例HBcAg HBV DNA阴性组织中基因芯片检测均阴性.结论:肝炎基因诊断芯片可以检测肝组织中HBV DNA,准确率可达75%,假阳性率低.
