帕金森病苍白球毁损术及术中电生理定位技术进展
Advancement of posteroventral pallidotomy and target electrophysiological location in treatment of Parkinson's disease
摘要
近年来,帕金森病手术大多应用MRI和CT扫描、立体定向苍白球毁损术,术中采用微电极记录技术从细胞水平进行电生理定位,使靶点定位准确性、手术安全性和有效性得以提高.本文对这方面的进展进行综述.
