奥美拉唑对胃黏膜损伤保护作用及其机制的探讨

摘要 　　奥美拉唑(omeprazole)显著抑制酸分泌作用的机制已基本阐明[1],但它对胃黏膜具有保护作用的机制尚未完全阐明[2～4].一氧化氮(nitric oxide ,NO)是扩血管物质,可增加胃黏膜血流量,对胃黏膜具有保护作用[5].本实验研究了奥美拉唑对大鼠胃黏膜保护作用,并探讨NO是否参与了这一过程.……
