典型心房扑动的电生理机制和射频消融

摘要   典型心房扑动的电解剖基础是沿三尖瓣环走行的一个大折返环,具有缓慢传导和单向阻滞等电生理特性的右房峡部,是房扑折返环的必经之路.通过消融将峡部传导的单向阻滞改变为双向阻滞,可明显提高房扑消融的长期效果[1,2].本文报告26例典型房扑的电生理机制和射频消融结果.……
