摘要
在分析我国能源结构调整趋向的基础上,阐述了我国铁路应以电力作为牵引动力的必要性。在未来几十年内,铁路是我国的一种不可替代的重要运输工具,实现电气化符合我国中长期能源战略目标。
Based on analysis on the trend of structural regulation of national energy resources, the necessities of using electric power supply as traction power for railways are expounded. For several ten-years in the future, the railway will be an important non-replaceable transtport facilities in China, and the implementation of eletrification of railways will be in accordance with the long-medium terms strategy targets for national energy resources.
