摘要
哈大线电气化工程不仅引进德国的先进技术和材料设备，而且还消化吸收德国的施工组织管理经验。本文介绍哈大电化工程接触网程序化施工组织管理模式的主要内容和主要优点。
During the electrification engineering of the Ha'erbin-Dalian Railway, not only the advanced technique, materials and machineries were imported from Germany, but also the Germany's operating experiences for construction organization were absorbed and utilized. The main contents and the main advantages of the management model of procedural construction organization for catenary in electrification engineering of the Ha-Da electrified railway are introduced in this paper.
