摘要
满堂支架支承体系属多支点承体系 ,以多支点分散荷载 ,将荷载传向地基 ,因此要求地基必须具有足够的承载力 ,能将现浇混凝土施工过程中支架下沉量控制在允许范围内 ,同时要求所有支点均匀下沉 ,以预防梁体由于不均匀下沉而产生开裂。本文就满堂支架设计与施工应用等方面进行了技术分析和总结。
The bearing system of full space supports is a multi -fulcrum bearing system. The loads are scattered through multi-points and tran smitted to the foundation. There fore, it is required that the foundation should have sufficient bearing capacity, so as to render the settlement amount of the supports controlled within allowable scopes during the construction procedure of casting concrete in situ. At the same time, even settlement is required for all fucrum points to prevent cracks produced on beam's body due to uneven settlemen ts. The technical analyses and sunnaries concerned with the design, construction and applications of the full space supports are put forward in this paper.
