浅析沿江铁路建设在西部开发中的地位和作用

阐述沿江铁路通道现状和沿江地区的经济及交通结构 ,分析沿江铁路通道在长江流域经济发展和西部大开发中的地位和作用 。

The current situation of railway passage along the Yangtze River and the economic and traffic structures of the regions along Yangtze River are expounded in this paper. Based on analysis of the position and role of this passage in the economical development of the Yangtze River Basin and the great developing West China, the suggestion for construcing a railway trunk line along Yangtze River has been proposed.
