在分析建筑企业集团资产运营状况差的原因基础上 ,制定资产优化重组的原则与目标 。
Based on analysis of the reasons of the bad operation situation on the assets of architectural enterprise groups,the principle and target of thd optimized assets reorganization are worked out,and the implementation schemes of optimized assets reorganization for architectural enterprise groups are proposed.
