编辑在向作者退稿时必须讲究语言策略 ,一要创设良好的言语环境 ,二要坚持适度、质量准则 ,三要巧妙选用退稿的方法。这样 ,便可以很好地驾驭语言 ,顺利地完成退稿任务。

An editor should have language tactics when returning manuscripts:⑴ creating comfortable language conditions, ⑵ following moderate and quality standards, ⑶ skillfully choosing the ways to return manuscripts. Thus the editor would return manuscripts properly and successfully.
