摘要
目的探讨肝移植手术室护理特点、关键性步骤与相应对策。方法对66例实施原位肝移植手术患者的手术室护理特点进行分析总结,所采用的术式,除3例(4.55%)为背驮式外,其余63例(95.45%)均为经典式。术中均未采用体外转流技术。结果本组肝移植手术成功率100%。本组病例手术室护理体会主要包括:充分了解肝移植术中巡回护士与洗手护士的护理特点,做到主动性、预见性护理与配合;不同手术阶段恰当处理低温与保温之间的矛盾,做到科学保温;注意皮肤、出入量、用药及管道等项护理指标的有效实施。结论依据肝移植手术的特点和要求,严格和专业化手术室护理与配合是保证肝移植手术成功的重要环节之一。
Objective To investigate the nursing characteristics, key steps and countermeasures in nursing patients with liver transplantation in operating room. Methods The characteristics of perioperative nursing were analyzed in 66 cases of patients who received orthotopic liver transplantation. The classical technique was adopted in 63 cases and piggyback technique in 3 cases , without anhepatic veno-venous bypass during operations. Results Perioperative nursing care of the cases was summarized as follows: ① understanding well the nursing characteristics of circulating and instrument nurses during liver transplantation, performing nursing care and making cooperation actively and predictably;② properly managing temperature according to the different operation stages; ③emphasizing the other nursing items such as skin,output and input volume,medication and channels including venous channel,urinary catheter as well as stomach tube . Conclusion According to the features and demands of liver transplantation,professional perioperative nursing and cooperation is one of the important steps in achieving successful liver transplantation.
