摘要
采用扫描电镜(SEM)、显微硬度、X-射线衍射(XRD)等测试方法,对Al/18-8钢真空钎焊界面附近的显微组织性能进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,结合面钎料润湿效果良好,界面附近没有发现裂纹等微观缺陷,钎缝显微组织大多为等轴晶。钎缝断口形貌呈粗糙暗灰色纤维状,以准解理断口为主。钎缝中主要存在δ(Al,Fe,Si),α-Al(Si)等物相。钎焊界面附近没有生成明显的高硬度脆性相。
The microstructure and performance for vacuum brazing interface of Al/18-8steel were studied by means of SEM,micro-hardness test and X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that the wetting effect of the bonding interface was combined excellent and there was no porosity and crack near the interface.The microstructure of the brazing metal was mainly composed of equiaxial crystal.The fracture morphology of the brazing metal mainly consists of coarse and gray fiber-shape fracture,and the fracture morphology was mainly the cleavage fracture.The brazing metal zone consists ofδ(Al,Fe,Si )andα-Al (Si ),without obvious brittleness phase of the high hardness.
